Which platforms are supported?

MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Each product page says which version(s) it ships for.

How is a tool activated?

Every licence is tied to your MT4/MT5 account number(s). After purchase you enter them in your dashboard; the tool validates against our licence server when attached to a chart. You can change account numbers from your dashboard.

What's the difference between buying a tool and All-Access?

Buying a tool gives you that product for the period you choose (or for life). All-Access is a subscription that unlocks every product in its scope on the number of accounts shown, with a download allowance per category that resets each period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are given on completed payments.

Do you offer free tools?

Yes — the Free category has time-limited trials you can activate on your account.
